What do you do?

No secrets here. We look for and acquire unique software businesses with happy customers. We then take those businesses and improve their technology, infrastructure, product and operations to scale them to the visions of their founders.

Where are you based?

We're a global team, with a base in New York City and team members in Cairo, and Dubai.

What are the metrics you look for in a business?

Ideally, we're looking for pure SaaS at $10K+ ARR and 60+% EBITDA Margin. If you have happy repeat subscription customers that's always great to see.

Can I invest in Axe Throw?
